We include a guest laminate in your property with all the key contact numbers, so guests know exactly how to reach us if anything comes up during their stay. Whether it’s a quick question or an unexpected issue, we’re just a phone call away to help keep things running smoothly.

We securely store a spare key at our Head Office, ensuring quick access if guests lose or take the key home. This means we can assist with lockouts, allow new guests to enter, or ensure housekeepers can complete changeovers. There is no property too small, allow us to tailor make your package!

All light bulbs are inspected and replaced if necessary.

Smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and fire blankets are tested to ensure they are in full working order.

✔ Fresh Linen & Towels
All beds are stripped and made with fresh linen. Clean towels are provided — included in your changeover price.

✔ Appliance Cleaning
Fridge (inside & out), cooker/hob, microwave, and all other appliances are thoroughly cleaned.

✔ Dishwasher Check
Ensuring the dishwasher is emptied, cleaned and ready for use.

✔ Kitchen Clean
Countertops and cupboard fronts are wiped down and sanitized.

✔ Cupboards & Drawers
Checked and cleaned inside to maintain hygiene and order.

All bathrooms are deep-cleaned and disinfected, including toilets, sinks, showers, and fittings.

All floors and carpets vacuumed/mopped in every room.

Our pool plant operative takes care of all health and safety practice and water testing including heating, ventilation and energy efficiency, mechanical plant operations, pool chemistry and dosing systems.

Deep Cleans

A deep clean delves into less frequently addressed spaces going beyond your changeover clean, tackling every hidden corner and hard to reach area. PAT Testing

The goal of PAT testing is to prevent accidents caused by electrical faults and to make sure appliances are in good condition. The testing includes both visual inspections and more thorough electrical tests.

Visual Inspection

  • Checks for obvious damage

Electrical Testing

  • Insulation Resistance Test

  • Earth Continuity Test

  • Polarity Test

  • Functionality Check

Labelling and Documentation

  • After testing, the appliance will be labelled with a sticker showing the test date and the next test due date.

  • Records of the tests are kept, which is important for both safety and legal reasons.
